Google's "good" thresholds: LCP < 2,500 ms · INP < 200 ms · CLS < 0.1. Real-user data is the 28-day Chrome User Experience Report for visitors on mobile.

If all proposed fixes ship: mobile homepage performance score climbs from 40 to ~88. Real-user LCP improves from 2.6 s to roughly 1.7 s. Real-user INP drops below 200 ms. Two of three Core Web Vitals reach "good" status. Real-user numbers update over a 3-week window after deployment.

Three biggest items need GoKwik's coordination — KwikCart and KwikPass are revenue-funnel scripts that we never touch from the theme side without the vendor. Copy-paste emails for GoKwik are prepared in your proposal document.
